Siroua

Harvested from the 'Domaine des Ouled Thaleb' the Red Siroua is 100% Carignan grape. It has a cherry colour with purple reflections. Its aroma is a combination of wood and fruit. It has a straightforward tangy mouth with a quick finish that is marked by fruit.It is a nice match for fish salads and meat.

The white Siroua is made from 100% Mayorquin grapes that are harvested from the 'Domaine des Ouled Thaleb' It is a dry wine with a crisp finish that has hints of apples and pears. It is ideal as an aperitif or with shellfish and fish.

Harvested from the 'Domaine des Ouled Thaleb' in the Benslimane region, this wine possesses a garnet red colour, with the aroma of fruit and smokiness. The fruitiness on the palate is marked with hints of vanilla. With its soft supple tannins, this wine will pair up marvellously with meat and compliment fish perfectly.

S de Siroua

Brought from a select plot of 15 hectares of Syrah planted on the Rommani Estate, the red S de Siroua has been specially selected to be aged in oak barrels. The colour has deep purple reflections and the aroma boasts of blackcurrants and blackberries. A spicy and peppery finish is pleasantly prolonged by a soft fruit taste. This wine goes well with grilled meat or meat in a sauce.

Harvested from an 8 hectare plot on the prestigious Rommani Estate. A low temperature was maintained during the wine making process to capture a mineral and mocha essence and produces a very round finish. This is a wonderful complement to fish and white meat.

From the Rommani Estate the S de Siroua is an excellent Moroccan wine. It is a crisp and aromatic wine with a fantastic liveliness on the palate. It nicely compliments fish, salads and white meat.

Medaillon

The Medaillon Cabernet is from the 'Domaine des Ouled Thaleb' 40KM inland from Casablanca. It has a brilliant garnet red colour and round silky tannins. It is a charming velvety wine that will accompany your meat.

Made from the Sauvignon grape variety, the Meadaillon Sauvignon is a dry mineral wine with hints of green apples and roundness on the palate. Serve with fish or white meat.
